Not really, i didnt drive through many borders, and the only one i remember (dutch - germany) the only thing that changed was the speed limit

Although i do have to say that i got to see italian roads and it was pretty weird to see so many privatised highways as opposed to e.g. german ones

I would add a 0 to my arena mace physical damage and make it 5690.

If you mean the price, well I don't own anything super expensive so I would rather add a 0 to the price of a banal item like this one:

 

And brag that I have the most expensive Roland's Hat (10 gold).

(Btw in the background you also see Daria's Glasses and Peter's Crown. Yes they belong in my treasure char)

The thing works the other way around, actually. And we all carry countless more personality traits than the 16 types anyway. Even twins who would supposedly have the closest external influences differ. So it's pretty obvious that no one is shaped enqual.

I'd say classes are classified in tiers, and all classes in that tier are kinda balanced to an extent between each other.

This would be my tier list for PvP (Arena mainly). And for fun, I also put them in order within the tier depending on strength in 1v1:

 

S-Tier: Bladedancer, Druid, Shaman, Charmer, Necromancer, Paladin, Mage

 

A-Tier: Ranger, Barbarian, Warlock, Priest

 

B-Tier: Rogue, Deathknight, Hunter, Seeker

 

C-Tier: Priest

 

D-Tier: Seeker

(These two can be very good in PvP, but it's so much harder to build them to be viable in Arena than the other A-B tier classes. So I put them here as an average build)

 

F-Tier: Warden

 

 

Dungeon/PvE tier list?

Now i will separate in different types of PvE: Dungeons (and Lab) and Bosses

 

Dungeons and Dragons*:

(Astral and Kronus' Labyrinth)

 

A-Tier: Basically every class that has AoE damage or control, especially Mage, Warlock, Magic DMG DK, Necro, and maybe Seeker with the new Expert.

 

B-Tier: Charmer (physical charmers can let the dog agro the group of enemies like in a Lab, and magical ones have AoE dmg), Shaman, Paladin, and also Seeker.

 

C-Tier: Hunter, Barbarian, Rogue, Warden

 

D-Tier: BD, Druid, Ranger, Priest

 

E-Tier: None

 

 

Now with bosses:

 

A-Tier: Mixed DMG Charmer, Vamp Mage, Vamp Seeker, maybe Vamp Magical DMG DK, Necro, Druid, Paladin.

 

B-Tier: Shaman, Barbarian, Priest

 

C-Tier: Vamp Rogue, BD

 

D-Tier: Warden

 

E-Tier: Warlock (even with Vamp), Hunter and Ranger.
