all significant changes are announced in the official posts, if anything has changed since Preview II, it will be written tomorrow.

Test server isn't an extra event for players and based on my experience with it for the past year, I don't see benefit from announcing it in the game. If you want to join the test you must be active and read forum official announcements and posts from admins.

Yea on official server i had 5007 hp then in yesterday test server i had 5780hp then on today test server they down to 5425 (the same happened on my bd) i would like understand why @Akasha

Hp changed after the test server, but the exact percentages aren't disclosed. This and all changes in attributes were applied to everyone, once all of them were calculated again.
