But I had a PvP with this +10 BD who had no mana regen on rings, it was too funny. You prolly never seen a Rogue who Gouges asap and waits his stealth out plus has 100+ regen. Dodge is bonus. This simply isn't true. and yes gouge hide regening rogues gouge hide regen, mana is not a factor here unless your accuracy is dump and your mana turns into dodges or are spamming agros needlessly, I suppose some bd builds may have this issue for that reason.
