Question:

Is it the experience needed for that crafting level, for example the whole way through level 11 needs 28840xp, or is it the point at which you level up to the next level, e.g. lv2 is from 0-20, lv3 from 20-200, lv4 from 200-? and lv5 from ?-1250?

Well you could craft higher level gear which gives you more xp but it also takes a longer time to finish. During I'm online I'm always doing craft jobs which don't take a lot of time and when I know I'm gonna be offline for some hours I'm starting long craft jobs :D You could try it like that as well

For low level crafts , I am doing same tactic but for higher levels (more than 8lvl ) I use another char to make basic resources or dissasembly cheap items on market(yeah its generally cheaper than to craft them with basic craft license which costs 80gold) and only craft advanced resources with generally doubling craft license and craft higher items with rookie license. I have riched 16.5lvl in heavy armour with this tactic in last month and I am not playing 7/24.

Is crafting profitable? I mean some weapon from dungeon are cheaper than crafting materials.

For example deeplord weapon cost 80-100k to craft but some lv20 weapons from event like horror or snow only 30-80k (except 1h-axe),

it's hard to sell craft item if there are good alternative weapons. Only rich ppl who want to buy craft item.

I have level 14 craft ranged weapon, kinda regret chose it.

And the price of craft material keep getting expensive but ppl still want to buy craft with same old price.

Any idea how much it would cost to lvl up a profession to lvl 18 with licences and essences. dont need an exact number. Just a guess :good:

Hmm I will do some math to find the algorithm behind the experience points of crafting progress. Or just wait dear Daria to answer  :give_rose:

From a guild standpoint alone being able to kit out low end pinks to low level members alone would help long term in general gold profits just from ability for them to farm early bosses to get resources and possible better gear as low pinks if used right can hold out til higher levels as some blues can be upgraded to pinks which if they have the resources and the levels they can upgrade there own so and so forth. When those players are then up to decent levels and decent gear then they can get low end reds and any extra that noone needs are available those can be sold bringing more profit before moving up to higher level areas to begin again.

Talking about crafting, is there faster way to gain xp than making lvl2 gear and disassembling them?

Disassembling gives you partial of what you actually need to make that same gear(low chance for catalyst, essence,  and substance). There are 5 methods I can share with you for a fast craft from my personal experience.

1. The solo method: unlock all the slots and focus on crafting just tier 1 and tier 2 items. Make tier 3 if only if it's profitable.

2. The multi-task method: Same as the solo method, but creating more characters or using your alts to craft the resources to speed craft for your main craft character.

3. The buddy method: If you have a good friend that will literally give you every resource drops he gets. Combine that with the solo method.

4. The Mcoin method: Same as the solo method, but using mcoins to buy many rookie licenses.

5. The big grind method: Literally combining all 4 methods if it's possible.

It's expensive from the start, but pays at the end. Takes a couple of months to a year if you grind to max them all., depending on how often you can get many resources for tier 2 and 3 items.
