No, it's not just your connection. In world chat everyone is complaining about lag. I almost died.

Im still experiencing the same problem, it goes like this:

You get into Warpear, Click the Play button, "Conection to the server lost"

Click Play again, enters fine, click your character twice, "Connection to the server lost "

Click Play again, click character again, enters game normally, and in some minutes it lags like when we have bad connection and You get disconnected. We had this problem before in one of the versions between 3.2 - 3.10 (I dont remember correctly). But we wont have an answer from the developers until Monday.
