They can't fix it. As you know each player can own 2 accounts. It means 2 (or more) character in each. As its obvious to be you have to play whit two different devices for multi your characters. And it's not prohibited. Yeah , it's a cheat for sure , but a legal cheat. At least for now. I doubt devs can do something about it.
