isnt this a form of gambling? and with that being said isnt there rules and regulations u need to follow?

Even if it was like gambling, there are no rules/restrictions either :omg: Or are there any?

If you become addicted to amping or opening chests like you can become addicted to gambling, it's your own responsibility to build up some restrictions, e.g. deciding how much money you want to spend each month.

:cat7::angrypumpkin:Well, there are people who think that putting lots of money into the game will turn into something, spending excess money just to be very good at some game really becomes an addiction, and addictions that lead to spending money is no good!

Your money, your responsibility. If you become addicted, it's your problem and you should be in charge of controlling yourself, that's how I see things. People shouldn't blame others for their own mistakes:pheew-crazy-rabbit-emoticon:

I agree with you, but they put a lot of blame on the company that provides this way to become a good player in some game. Well, who am I to tell who is really wrong! :help-crazy-rabbit-emoticon:

This is not serious, Warspear is not a casino.
The main advantage of any MMO was always the presence of other players and their interaction with each other.
The pursuit of loot and great equipment is no longer a matter of paramount importance.

This, of course, is my opinion.  :smoke:

How can it be a company's responsibility when it comes to someone controlling and using his/her own money. It is like a Casino being responsible of you betting your whole salary in their room

Once you agree the EULA, you agree to your responsibilities and their "duties" for players. but honestly, i never heard of a company who ever said: "if you get addicted, then we apologize and we will refill your wallet again".

Answering your question, no, they do not have anything like that. If you spend in game and get addicted to it, it's your own responsibility to stop and (since we speak of addiction) find someone who may help you with this problem.

:advise:This game is obv a gamble (amping and chests)

If the game is not regulated by the law of the country they are based in then its in danger of getting sued

One of my friends is a online gambling game regulator who was involved in shutting down of

The loot crates of EA game Starwars says this game is 100% a gamble

This game hasnt been verified as fair (being a gamble) by any government agency or other of sorts(if it has please show where or give me the verification number)

They do not release the chances of drop either (which players have a right to know)

Also not to mention unfair advantage to other players who are playing in the same sphere(cheaper mcoins)

The game is not famous but has a large player base its high time to get checked and regulated

he isnt talking about addiction mind you its about being fair we do not trust the game because their breach of the right to know

So we need to know if the game is regulated and checked for fairness

Its not about addiction even if it is read this http://ec.europa.eu/growth/sectors/gambling_en

and no one here can argue chest and amp isnt a gamble

Once real money or crypto currency or bitcoin is used to buy ingame currency its gambling

I heard that aigrind is based in Russia so i might have to pull up state laws for gambling so https://www.gamblingsites.org/laws/russia/ OPSS

The so-called gambling doesn't involve real money but only ingame items which are available to be bought by ingame currency which is available to be bought by real money. So technically you don't spend your money on gambling but only on the option to do so. And at this point the responsibility lies with you again. Buying mcoins with real money is no gambling since you pay a certain amount of money and you will always receive the expected amount of mcoins in return. What happens after that doesn't have anything to do with your money because you have been paid out fully for what you have spent. Now the responsibility lies with you whether you want to test your luck or not. In any way, Aigrind is paying you for the money you are spending, how you use it is not their business anymore. They don't force you to amp or open chests:thumbs_up1:

The link you posted somewhat doesn't quite relate to all of this.

@Jackb

I'm neither a lawyer nor graduated in Game Industry Regulations. I won't argue about it because despite having my own understanding, I haven't studied enough about the subject to assure (even to myself) that my opinion is right or tell others so. I personally would like to know my chances of drop and amplification because I like considering my expenses as almost every non filthy rich person does. I don't see anything wrong with players who want to know this sort of information, I identify with them. About gambling: I have no based argument about WS being classified or not as - I don't think so - but I prefer to recognize and embrace the responsability of my actions, anyway. You should do the same.

@Madz101 If AIgrind don't provide you this valid verification number you're looking for and this is the only condition for you to keep spending your money, you can always spending less money on it or not at all, even choose another game to play. Issues like that aren't solved on forum and even those who support you will hardly do anything about. if you want to keep going, I kindly ask you to make it between you and the company, via contacting the support or such.

they do and u should read em fully and understand not brush it of by saying they dont force us or its up to us

Obv its up to us BUT the game involves progress thru gambling which is very direct chest or not amping is a gamble for that matter

ppl dont go to casinos not knowing its a gamble

Buying in game currency to buy chest doesn't mean it isnt gambling

The thing is the game should be regulated by an agency for fairness BECAUSE the players do not trust the game on being fair as per their breach of right to know

Aigrind is not really possible to contact to u dont get through to anyone

googling aigrind doesn't pull up anything

As for the rest of what u said I have the right to make players aware AND in any case this topic vanishes then the game has something to hide

Sorry, I don't even know what mean by ''Aigrind is not really possible to contact to u dont get through to anyone''. About the second thing you have said, this is actually a lie. I have AIgrinds number, emails and none of the PR or Managers hide from their jobs, you can find any of them around if you want. As for the rest of what you said: the Warspear Online community forum is not meant for accusations about the company's regulations, without even having contacted them directly to find out. You are simply saying whatever you think without no actual prove of it. This is wrong and mean.

if you want to question AIGRIND, I suggest you to contact them with your real identity and not behind a ''meme picture'' as ask for clarifications formally or not (pick whatever you like). If you are serious about what you think, go for it and find out. Instead of being overly provoking and truthless.

:advise:if u didn't realize am just a normal forum member and ur a mod
I did try to get their contacts through a mod they wouldn't give it so thats that

Your assuming I haven't tried I spend my money here on my own will but it being fair is WHAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW.These accusations arent baseless
And i can and i will inform ppl

As for the other I do not have any problem revealing my identity do not try to degrade me by saying i am hiding everyone on game knows me for a fact whole Eu server knows me well (also if anonymity is my wish  i can keep it ofc)

The only way to get Aigrind to put a statement is go public cuz am tired of writing long formal emails to them

The idea is we have the right to know what's the % of dropping and amping that's all thx.

PS:

Every game does give thier player's info of Chance's whether it's for amp or farm so they know what to do not just say double drop and getting lot of bars that's not good at all for the name of aigrind

and what does it metter? I'm not against you dude (I already said my personal opinion above), but it's not right place for this. If you're indeed interested in solving your problem, I know for a fact that you can contact AIgrind directly. The community forum isn't AIgrind's judiciary department no metter how hard you want this to be, I'm sorry. You've already informed the links you want to our community and we're aware, thanks for sharing! 👍

I'm not trying to degrade you by saying that you're behind a ''meme picture'' because that's all we know about you here. Do you really expect AIgrind PR dep. to stop their important tasks to come here and answer accusations from a meme face? You're in the wrong place, using the wrong approach - that's all I'm saying. I do support your motive, understand your frustration, but disapprove the methods you're using. I really hope you find what you need, but please, don't get me wrong. We already heard you, anything else now is attempt to create chaos. Please don't. 🙂

*I did try to get their contacts through a mod* Note: Moderators have no employment contract or inside access to the company other than the public info you also have. No moderator is able to give you such verification code. You must contact our Support team or Administrators regarding this issue. Or contact AIgrind directly.

I am using this method cause directly  emailing support doesn't get me anywhere and my method is simple make it public see what ppl say

The people will be the Judge of this and i know for certain u dont speak for everyone

And i haven't ask mods for verification number

But u said u have Aigrinds numbers etc etc ehem but u are  ``only a mod``

I haven't said anything wrong and am not creating chaos

I know where this is going topic close or mute me

Meme face who knows his stuff

I have really no other options i ve been playing for years

The game provide cheaper mcoins to other players and here i am paying the usual which is 1000% unfair either i get my money back or make it fair its simple

and release the REAL drop chances

Sometimes you speak like u speak for aigrind then u say ur stating personal opinions

not many players have responded here so i ll be on this topic for a while

I'm sorry to hear that, maybe you could try to find this info in Russian or Chinese if looking specifically about chances of drop?? I never speak for AIgrind, I'm just a helping hand of them. 🙂 Since there is no offensive behavior or general mess, everyone can express thoughts and I see no reason for closing this topic.

I agree with you ... We need a complete chart (official) about all % based parameters. That isn't needed to be in-game, just be in forum so that curious players can see.

I think atleast the rate of amplify or chest drop rates should be open. There are tons of games who share these stats with players. So you can know what do you "gamble" for.
