Player ALGRIND real or fake?

NHKom

Question

Posted

a player in the mc side called ALGRIND (Not AI...) is saying all the time: "xmas giveaway "warspear-online.netne.net" enjoy"

this site prompts the visitor to send his account details so he gets 1500mcoins

More info about the ALGRIND: rogue lvl3 (US-Supphire)

My question is: isn't he a scammer?

Meh, it's people's own fault if they are so stupid to believe such stuff :3

There wouldn't be any scammers when there weren't people who would let the scammers scam them :good:

But yes, he should get banned asap when the holidays are over :)

You're from the US server right? Come to EU lol,

loads of acc buyers/traders, and advertisers of scammer sites.

It seemed like a trend to have such site before summer, really a lot

of them appeared. And I don't get the names of their sites.

One was simply called "warspear-online.weebly.com"

Think about it.

1. If devs wanted to tell players something they would use a system message.

2. This would be announced on forums.

3. They would not pick a stupid name like ALgrind, the fact that this guy did that means he's a scammer.

4. If they wanted to give players free mcoins they'll just make it a gift.

5. As far as i'm aware dev chat is not the same color as regular player chat.

We also do have a lot of scammers, but rarely with website commercial. The one with weebly.com was on Us-Sapphire as well :/

Anywayz, people will never learn and will continue to trust in those things

New players will fall for it, most of them doesn't know how Warspears system works like if they wanted to gift you coins they'd send you through gift inbox, they don't know developers chat is red colour and kids play Warspears too, how can you expect most of them to be smart?

It'd be great if Warspears show this message every now and then, just like for account sellers.

Info: Please be aware of fake sites that asks for your account information.

It's so simple , he did a fake site and if you enter your account there , he gonna get the dates you entered on his e-mail or g-mail , so he get your account . So yes , he's a scammer , ignore him
