Nice vid! Again I say I regret I didn't make an el on US and upgrade it I'd really like to play one of these miningames you guys have

There are a lot of types territoties/biomes in the world of Arinar. Snowy mountains, elven land, island of darkness, a place of volcanic activity, a dangerous alien word, a fairy world, and so on.
One thing is really missing from Arinar: the magic world of the Orient. My favourite one.
Oh, the enchanted Orient with its crowded bazaars, mud-brick houses, mosques., deserts and oases. Why doesn't Warspear Online involve the Orient? Would be awesome! Monsters such as scorpions, lions, crocodiles... And not on a separate island, no! It could be an expansion to Islernort. Every player finishing Berengar Towers could get the storyline quests, which would lead to a new boss at the end. Bazaars could contain a brand new type of trading, which I will include in another, extended version of this topic (working on the details atm).

Everything seemed to be fine. I came online to go dungeoning with my friend. He was never late, but today...
Suddenly, Arahbel messaged me. She just got the message that the elves know about the gold supply of the Legion, and that I must find who is the traitor. She told me to meet someone in the tavern of Armor Cliff who can tell me more. Accepting the quest I headed there. Moniccha told me there, that the man I am looking for is not else, but.. my friend. After being sent to two other places, I could finally meet the traitor himself. It was really him! I got mad, fought him, and defeated him.
 
Ten minutes is a really short time, if you like this little movie, I may create a detailed, longer version. Excuse me if it's not perfect, the trimmings are sometimes clearly visible, but this is my very first creation in the genre. Also, excuse me for my English, it is simply wierd for me to talk to myself to a microphone

In reality...
It is a very complicated AI technology that was named after the company, AIGRIND. Millions of dollars were invested in this software, which detects and analyses the support emails, and with the help of Warspear Online's EULA, FAQ and other support emails, it is able to make an answer.
However, the developers thought it would be fun to su*k around with people, and they inserted a sub-program, which randomly, at about every 3rd support email, blocks the answer of the AI. In this way, the program seems to be consisted of blood-flesh people. Because they make mistakes. And also it is fun to see angry customers.
Also, AI is planned to replace all the staff members of this forum in the near future. So if you will get sh*tty answers, know that it might be not Roland or Snorlax or Julia or Poley, but is it maybe.... AI...?

Have you ever played World of Warcraft? Then you probably know the "LFD" (Looking For Dungeon) system. It basically works in the same way as the arena queue here; collects people awaiting for the same level dungeon.
Now. We'd need something similar in Warspear Online too. I'm personally pretty tired of searching people for dungeons by crying out in World Chat for hours. Let's develop a system, where people can see if there is someone else searching for a party for the same dungeon.
Example: I want to make a party for heroic Termitary. I go to Menu>Society>Dungeons, and see if there is a request for that level dungeon. If not, then I click Menu>Create new request, where I can set that I want players for heroic TT, what level and what class players I want. I click "Send", and my request for a party will be available for anyone.
Now. If there is a player who fits the requirements, can click on my request. Let's say he's a necromancer. I will be informed by system that someone wants to join me, I can decide if I want or not. If I accept, the player will join my party. Inmediately, the slot for necromancer will be marked as full, so now necromancers can see that I don't need more of 'em.
If the party gets full, the request gets marked as full, but it stays among the requests until the party enters a dungeon this is for the case if one of the members leave or get kicked, so it is not necessary to re-create the request.
See? It is a pretty convinient feature that makes dungeoning better and easier. I have created a little program in C++ language that simulates this. Not too diffucult method.

Yes I admit that the runes and such should get re-freshed

Got hair color a few times, an extra pocket and even a costume once,

By enhancing the content or drop chance
you could already see people missusing this,
creating hordes of chars and in case they get
something good they'll transfer it to their main.
 
If you want "free" costumes go and do achievements.

if i alter thin air to a steel sword, (by repositioning the protons and neutrons of the thin air to fuse to an iron atom),  the steel sword is made out of ... steel. it is absoliutly identical to other real smithed steel swords. and has the same strength. it will not decay any faster or differently than a normal steel sword would.
 
if i create a holographic copy of a sword, much like green lantern does, its strenth depends on my will. i will decay if i stop thinking of it, and if im not good in my willpower, my gl sword wont even penetrate sacred shield.

i could alter the molecular structure of my foes, causing their innner organs to be replaced by a a very volume taking gas, and thus pop like a balloon.

i could instantly fuse nuclear fusions, blowing up whatever i want.
i could have a basicly infinte source of light by altering electromagnetic waves to our visible light spectrum.
 
there are so many possibilities with such an ability, that you need to be nearly omniscient in order to fully use those. so being omniscient has to be in the kit.
(imagine you want to forge a sword out of thin air. you would need to reposition every single proton and neutron and youd have to be careful not to mess up.)
 
in order to use green lanterns power to the fullest however, you just need a strong will. and a big imagination.

If you are one of the brave warriors who spend most of the time out there hacking some monster's head and collect it's valuables.. you're probably "The Farmer". You either sell the collection through a trader or second-hand dealer. Not for bored grown-ups but, a very decent way to earn gold. I salute these kind of warriors.

Ha ha, these guys.. do they still even exist? Not in my Realm at least. Though I heard in Sapphire Realm, they have a large group of this bad boys. They call themselves "The Mercs", but tell you what.. They're Sentinels, I find it odd *chuckles*.

Oh well, these kinds are the one who stares at you while they drink their poison. See that guy? Aye, the one besides the youth. He's probably "The Bounty Hunter". Need to kill a Boss? he'll be there.. ambush an opponent? right behind you. But he won't do a thing unless you give him a pouch full of glimmering gold coins. I can't say it's not right but.. we're at war anyway.

Wonder why prices at the market change? I mean.. one day it's affordable, the next day the price got doubled, or the other way around. That's the work of "The Re-seller". Some buy cheap stuff to sell it on a higher price, some have the quantity so they sell it for lower price because why the hell not? "It's just good business" as what they say.

You got patience and up for some adventure? You're probably "The Task Manager". Not the one you know, but these kinds aim for the promise of the errands' rewards. That's right, They scour different places looking for quests and collect rewards if done. A bit slow to earn gold in my opinion, but worth the adventure.

Ah, the arena freaks. Not really sure if somebody do this, but it still produce gold. You see, they fight in the arena, buy potions with their winnings and sell them for gold.. to buy arena tickets. Hm, hm.. *scratches chin* it doesn't make any sense. But hey, "The Gladiator" must have loved the arena so much. Let's leave it at that.
 
 
"Maze Runner"

Thanks to these guys, you don't have to explore ruins for your gears. But that's if you have gold. What if you don't? Then maybe you can become one of them. "The Seeker" makes camp near the dungeon. You can't blame them, most of the time you need companions to explore so.. they're there, waiting for somebody whose aim is also the treasures of the ruins.
 
 
"Miracle Man"

The Nobles of the Realm. They have this chest, full of coins ten times worth of gold. "The Coiner" use these "shards of the spear" coins to buy something that cannot be bought with gold. But thanks to them, they made it possible to be bought with what non-noble's currency has. It's just a shame that these "heavy pockets" abuse their wealth to gain more privilege. Well, that can't be helped I guess?

Not many of us are talented as the ones who makes great stuff with fine quality. "The Crafts Master" have the ability to craft specific item of your request in exchange for gold. Sometimes it depends on the deal, it's either you'll provide the materials for them, or you'll buy the finished item itself. Believe me lad, if you have this kind of talent, use it. Loads of gold will come to you.. even beard.

I don't know why I bother including this one, they probably won't confess anyway. Well, here it is.. the scumbags and insects of the realm. "The Scammer" makes their riches literally out of nothing. They'll fool somebody being trustworthy or they are just devious and tricks anyone. Nothing much to say with this bastards, you know how they work, Bah!

Ever had that experience where someone will poke you and then say something like "Gold Please" like you owe them something? "The Beggar" aye.. They even curse you if you fail to hand something over, like "What in the Nameless' name?! What am I, your bank?" *sighs* You might be wondering why I include this nonsense but, I think it's still a way to earn gold you know.

Aye, I salute those brave ones who spend their time collecting scraps for gold. But sometimes I found odd individuals who work aimlessly and slaughter monsters without remorse. The weird part is, you greet them joyfully and they will just stare in your eyes for a moment then resume the massacre. In some cases, they stare at my lower part instead of my eyes, like they can see through inside scanning it.. awkward indeed. Well, "The Farminator" might be similar to "The Farmer", it's just that their soul is not there and they're awkwardly weird. I hope their soul will get back soon, without the memory of the scanning part, of course.

What then? A female? Hmm, maybe you're right. But speaking of which, there are some brute-looking thugs who might be a "flower in the night", if you know what I mean. Aye, they sweet-talk you without knowing who they really are nor what their intentions is, in exchange for a gift or a weighing pouch of gold. But, these muscular-maidens' poison words won't work on, yours truly, The Vera. Why? Heh, my heart is already captured by a lady who laid a forgotten trap, never to be checked again.

Account sellers spamming world chat. Suddenly, a red, system message appears informing the players that account selling will lead to ban. These guys act like they didn't see anything and they start spamming again. Man!

First, I want to say I love this game. Over the course of time that I have played I have enjoyed watching it evolve. Its expansive and keeps getting better with every update. I am sure many will of course disagree and argue about balance or unfair treatment, but lets keep it real it always goes both ways. Where there is one complaint from elf to mc of course there is another the opposite way so I will move on to the point - this is our place. More than anything I am a competitive gamer and have been my whole life. This game stole me from the rest though and happily so! Lets make a change for the next year - rather than get upset at things lets make the effort to own our place here. Get as active as possible in your guilds, form relationships with your teams and bring out what its all about! Set some goals and give it hell! My personal goal is for top seat paladin on the server and break up the arena dominance AoA attempts to exert on the server. Nothing personal just part of the game and if this reaches them and they want to target me awesome - I welcome the challenge. I just read often how people say they are bored or plan to leave and I know my every day is a blast! I wish every one luck in their adventures and hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! So you fellow elfs at the event (and I am sure plenty of you MC as well).

I have a suggestion to the developers. Each time you make a new skill ask yourself one question: Is this skill worth lvling up to 4/4 in expense of other skills? If the answer is no: Dump that skill, try again. If the answer is absolutely yes: Do the same. If you dont know because its hard to answer you have a good skill balance
 
After a while having a new skill check out the servers and see if people use different skill builds. If all use the same build, then something about the skills is wrong and needs more balancing.
 
Many expert skills are just for the dumpster, maybe with this little trick you can improve the game even more.
