I'll keep adding skill suggestions when I have time. Let me know what you think.
 
Bloody tribute current skill:
 
 Applies the "Blood tribute" debuff to the opponent for (6 / 8 /10 / 12) sec. Every time a character loses any amount of energy, (10 / 15/ 20/ 25) % of this energy is borrowed from the enemy under the effect. For each unit of energy restored by the skill, the character's health in the amount of (2 / 3/ 4 / 5) % of the character's magical power will be restored.
 
Cd: 18s 
Usage range: 5y
 
Suggested Rework:
 
**Every time the character loses any amount of energy, (50/ 60 / 70 / 80) % of this energy is borrowed from the enemies in combat with the warlock. For each unit of energy restored by the skill, the character's health in the amount of (0.5/ 1/ 1.5 / 2) % of the character's magical power will be restored. Maximum target limit in pvp = 2 enemies.**
 
Cd: Passive skill
 
 
Warlocks commentary: Bloody tribute was useless. It's function was to drain mana & heal which didn't work. Skill mechanism has been reworked to give warlocks mana drain options & heal. Can adjust numbers as needed. Importance to the mechanism.

Guild skills are the least of the problem, lack of content drive's old players away, new player's  face reputation wall, xp wall, and lack of proper starting gear, and if somehow you get to avoundil then you need to face the pvp zones between towns imagen you quest and some 32lvl come and one shout you, and and if somehow by some miracle you still play and reach 32 lvl you probably will want to join big guild but big guilds want pvp set and you wonder how to get pvp set and by some asking and searching you find you need to join arena and earn arena points, you dmd arena you go in, you get matched agenst full arena awards max amped ppl you die litterly when they look at you, you go out you get 31 ap you are happy cuz maybe you can collect ap no matter win or lose you go to arena shop you see 1 armor cost 31k ap and weapon cost 87k ap you throw the phone and regret your life choices.
Thats why there are no new players, as for the old ones most quit play cuz game is boring or there friends stop play, and all 180 ppl you see per day(which to tbh is amazingly alot knowing the state of the game) are either people who log 20-30mins per day to help guild and whiles and no lifers who cant quit due to addiction or investing too much into the game.
This game have alot of failures but devs don't care cuz they can just milk whiles and nolifers by doing the minimal, its your typical f2p game no days.
 

As of now Bestial Wrath Expert skill Increases one stat parameter only  to the chieftain depending on the weapon type its wearing while other similar damage dealing classes got similar stats buff skills with Two stats parameter increase for whatever the weapon they are wearing.
 
Examples:
 
As of all that, it's reasonable to say that chieftain deserves a second stat increase as well.
 
Current Bestial Wrath at 4/4:

 
My Rework's Suggestion:
Activating Bestial Wrath Skill increases Attack speed and Penetration parameters of the character if equipped with One-Handed Weapon
and increases Skills Cooldown speed and Penetration parameters of the character if equipped with Two-Handed Weapon.

Mages have:
*Shield that absorb 100% dmg 
*1 skill that can stun + x2 stun/fear combo
*1 skill that increase def a LOT
*Anti stun skill
*Chains that root and push away enemies
* x4  aoe skills 2 with instant dmg 1 dot  and talent that also gives aoe to basic attacks
 
 
Chiefs have:
* Rugged hide that decrease incoming dmg by 40%
* Anti stun skill
*1 stun combo
* thrashing that only root and decrease dmg for 5 seconds
* 3 aoe = 2 dot and 1 rat skill talent with instant dmg
 
 
Clearly mages have an incredible advantage. 
But ofc, poor mages, lets keep nerfing chief so mages can bright,  In fact, they shine so brightly that we are already blind.

cuz elfspear forever . ppl always joke abt "elfspear" at forum and facebook and other place ,but devs never care abt it ,so dnt blame them anymore ,quit the game or jion the elf thats my advice

Dude even with so much data that supports mc side desperately needs buffs y’all keep buffing elf side with every update you get, how is that normal? I got one of the strongest char in mc side, been playing since 2011 but I swear now game has become unplayable and I have no will to play it anymore even tho I have my char maxed out, I know I can speak for almost half of mc population. I keep waiting for the day when this game will be balanced like it was in 2013-2014 but I guess some things will never happen. Peace!

What u talk is nonsense, because first warlocks skill get resisted all the time, second how we can use skills on a seeker when he will coming to u invisible?  Seekers auto attack 1800 or more with super speed, like 5 auto attack on 3 seconds its 9k dmg, but that doesnt need a nerf?  Bds almost same dmg but with a shield, with 3 stacks resist, with 80 CD, with 9k hp, many years the community keeps asking for nerf bd and they even buff it more, this game no brain
