I am Roaxz from US Sapphire who has been playing Barbarian as the main class. When I return to Warspear last year, It was quite a struggle looking for guides because there are not many guides of this class, and the guides were not updated and comprehensive. I learnt the information and knowledge from different forums, warspear database and sharing from different professional barbarians in the game. In this guide, I will share my accumulated knowledge and also my gameplay experience to assist you to build and master the class Barbarian. Barbarian is one of the best tank classes in Warspear, as a warrior with good damage, defense skills, and unstoppable battlefield mobility. Typically, barbarian is more like off-tank in PVP content which is very strong at 1 vs 1 or even 1 vs few combat. For PVE, it can still be very tanky against all dungeons (“dg”) and most monsters (“mobs”). However, it is not the most tanky class in the game, and the damage is still lower than many DPS classes in the game which lack AOE damage. Class Highlights: Strengths Weakness In short summary, barbarian is a very strong warrior at PVP e.g. arena, 1 vs 1 or 1 vs few, but rather limited abilities at GVG. In PVE, good at both tank build and DPS build but lacks AOE damage. 2. Newbie Tips 3. PvE & PvP Skills and Equipment Builds 3.1. Skills introduction 3.1.1 Common passive skills 3.1.2 Basic Skills & Relics 3.1.3 Expert Skills 3.2 Skills builds&Combos There are quite some different builds and this section will show you some main builds. From level 18 you will have the second skills set slot opened and have totally 2 skill sets until level 34 (max level at current version). Thus you will need to make choice of which 2 skillbuilds to keep, as well as choosing to use 1H or 2H in PVP/PVE. Another important point is the common CD time in using expert skills, which means after you used 1 expert skill, the other expert skills will both enter into a short common CD time. Thus you need to mix your basic skills with expert skills with planned Combos, and bear in mind if used wrong expert skill in wrong timing, the common CD may get you/your party to death. 3.2.1 PVE - Tank build 3.2.2 PVE - Damage build 3.2.3 PVP 3.2.4 GVG 3.3 Equipments Build There are quite some different styles in barbarian’s equipment build and you should think about your budget and which style you want to play the barbarian like, i.e. 1H or 2H weapons to use/you want to play it more tanky or doing damage. I use dodging skill and kick in the back only to trigger relics, specially kick in the back because its easy to resist the skill , so it got free vampirism from relic almost all the time Saddly i have to put two skill points on any of these skills to have access to expert skills, two skill points that i need so bad right now tbh -
