What exactly is wrong about wanting equality? Either make all lingering aoe skills stack or none.

Clearly you are not part of these fights if you think anyone has 13% cd. Just the lvl10 guild passive skill gives 15%

Meanwhile mcs don't talk about chieftain aoe that can affect tens of players which is a serious matter, but it's easy to blame what's on the other side and can't be beaten, but nice try!

Myth sea 4 min speedrun achievement seems impossible now with these changes. Haven't tried any other dungeons yet but I would guess merman dungeon takes much longer now too.
I agree that the game should be harder but I'm not sure if making everything just take longer to complete is the right way to do that, at least it doesn't feel right.
