Im summary, there are at least 3 factors (that I'm aware of) which can induce position desync (ie. will make the game show the position of the players in the wrong place).
 
1) Using any skill while walking: As you use any skill while walking, your client will show your character as he is walking nonstop while in reality, your character stayed 1 yard behind while doing so.
2) Getting hit by any attack: Same situation as #1. Everytime you get hit by any attack while walking, your client will no longer show your correct position on the map unless you walk into a spot and stand still until your server hitbox (your real location on the map) reaches the spot your client is showing to you.
3) Lagging: Each time you lag, you stop receiving packets from the server. In the meantime you are lagging, your client will not show correctly the placement of players and monsters on the map (this is expected). WHOEVER, after you are back from, let's say, 2 seconds of lag, instead of updating the placement of everything on the screen to their correct position, your client will just keep showing the wrong placements unless you reconnect or change the map. It's ok to show wrong placement of players if you are lagging, the problem is that the correct placement is not updated on the screen even after you are back from lag.
 
As you can see, any player can use situation #1 and #2 (specially #1), to purposely induce enemy player client to show the wrong placement to them. This is specially useful to catch people who is running away from you on circular maps (I do it myself and sooner or later always catch people who is trying to run away) or to make other players miss their AOE skills (skills that are targeted on the ground instead of the player).
 
This whole scenario affects every class in the game but I would say it specially benefits classes that are stronger at close range (BD being the prime example).

yeah right, barbs and charmers are not that "op". Elves just need to use 5x offense instinct, 5x defence instinct, skill dmg castle skills plus dmg pots and scrolls ,of course +10 amp and warbuff to beat barbs and charmers with a 50% chance. I really love this "perfect" balance. 

wow , never knew reserves heal can also crit heal. OMG, I guess thats the reason dks never die. Devs have removed crit heals from link of druid, they gotta remove crit heals from reserves too .

I am somewhat still hanging the game haha. I have been playing from 3 years. I used to spend my days in early game at swamps for farming and pvp cave for fun. When I realised I got addicted , I have decided to make better char since I always admired how these arena winners looked so op. I have understood that devs made mcs op to balance the player ratio of mcs and eleves because when I started playing, I have played rogue first and discontinued because it was boring and quiet. Then , I started making bd and saw very huge difference in the environment in the elf side.  There were so many players and was flooded. I realised that I could farm and make gold faster on elf side. 
I kinda guessed that devs gonna nerf elves to balance players on each side.  So, my friend please wait for devs to change skills again. I would suggest you to try for arena rewards meanwhile since you already leader of lvl 10 guild.

Hello  developers, moderators and my fellow players.
 
       As the days passed by in the world of Arinar, many things have been introduced in the past updates.There have been updates regarding increasing guild level which brought in new guild skills. I suggest that each guild should be provided guild skills usage journal to keep an eye on who uses , when he/she uses and which guild skills he/she uses.
   
      In the latest update of guild castle, unique castle skills were introduced which can be used by the guilds that own castles. In the light of their expensive gp requirement, I sincerely request devs, a Castle skills usage journal to be available to the guild owning castle to keep a track on players using them.
 
     Any additional suggestions are welcome from the players.

I know what you mean by allies. what i am saying is people from same guild who should helping eachother instead ,they fight for boss kill which is unsightly. One more interesting part is , the allies whom you talking about, actually team up or work with forsaken and mc. Now,, what do you call this? xd 

what i mean to say is , war can happen in many ways. The game is about how we manage it. . 
Example :The idea you mentioned can be easily countered by some freak who tries to kill the phantom boss always even though he doesnt get anything from it xd.
You talking about allies, i see players from same guild fight for the boss kill

If i do bets in PVPs, probably i would make a lot of gold . But sadly no one pvps me, because they know they will lose :3
I am lucky in dungeon, I got x2 troll costumes( Red and Black) and penetration book drop too in x2 gp tours .
