Millions of dollars were invested in this software, which detects and analyses the support emails, and with the help of Warspear Online's EULA, FAQ and other support emails, it is able to make an answer. However, the developers thought it would be fun to su*k around with people, and they inserted a sub-program, which randomly, at about every 3rd support email, blocks the answer of the AI. In this way, the program seems to be consisted of blood-flesh people. Because they make mistakes. And also it is fun to see angry customers. Also, AI is planned to replace all the staff members of this forum in the near future. So if you will get sh*tty answers, know that it might be not Roland or Snorlax or Julia or Poley, but is it maybe.... AI...?
