This is failed support to a good customer like you. You spent much money to amplify +8 and +7 WITH SIGNS that should be 100% would not destroyed. The warspear team not bring back your swords for almost 2 weeks? Omg, this is failure and warspear team fault that should be beg your apologize of their mistake. @Moderator, please solve this problem in high priority since its related with real money spent by player and you already enjoy it. gilantz 0 Posted January 8, 2012 Author Share Posted January 8, 2012 I spent $19.99 on mcoins that time so 3000mcoins and spent 1900mcoins on signs and dmg amps but all together I spent about $40-$50 on signs and dmgs for nothing bc I've lost all that money for 2 lost swords. And no I didn't spend $40+$50 dollars that day on signs and dmgs. That's just how much it cost me to get to +8 and +7 on my swords. $20 got them to +6 & +5 and then the other $20 got me to +8 & +7 with 2 signs and 2 dmgs left and I tried 1 sword gone disappeared so tried 2nd sword samething gone disappeared. Really made me >:D bc its suppose to be safe with using signs but it wasn't for me and I sent them 3 emails then they respawn saying the checked the signs many times and it worked for them but they will review my history and its been almost 2 weeks since they said that. How can you give insurance to your customer for spending real money in this game if the item we buy lost? Support said 2 weeks ago they will look at history and nothing is done so plz like Slay says do something plz. Unluckyy 0 Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 I have had the same problem, i attempted to amp my arena shield +8 and even after using the sign it dissapeared so i figured it must just have been a glitch, and arena shield isnt that hard to get so i let it be. Next day i attempt amping my arena 2h axe to +4 and it dissapeared...what the hell am i ment to use to fight with now? I spent all my money on signs and spheres... if i dont recieve my weapons back i quit haha. This is happening to many people on warspear and the time its taking to fix it is ridiculous, if its takes 2 weeks to fix my dilema i will quit along with all my friends. You guys really gotta pull your socks up and start helping the players out especially considering we pay yous to, there is much better f2p games out there we can always take our money elsewhere... Manofact 0 Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Sign is bugged, kuz doesn't know what to describe here and just stay at the back with silence, he said WE MIGHT CONFUSE THAT WE TICK THE FIRST HOLD WHEN AMP(NO INSURENCE AND PERCENT SPOILED)... Actually, it automotically tick the third one if we have sign, but it still lost anyway, i forgot who uploaded the photo that using Sign and it still broke percentage of amp(maybe kos or someone else i don't remember)... Kuz has no idea for this and just ignoring us till he got something new and post, if you say bad language he will ban you, but if you report something right with good language he just ignore cuz he's LOSER... Show us why we should continue playing this game thats simple, most devs use traductor to talk with us (hard), so its way easier for them to talk with russians only as well, only seen to talk very good english is michael and mioco. but if u see russian forum, they answer their problem, so if u want a solution, check there. I sent a ticket and support just said sign is working fine as far as they know.. Im not paying another $20 just to get me weps back and enchant/amp them and neither are my friends. Good luck sorting your problems out guys, but when a game will cost me $50 to enchant a set of armour and when i try to and i have a problem they dont even check my case out its crazy. WARLUNATIC 2 Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Obviously, sign is actualy working properly and it is the players fault, idk what u guys done but prob spammed amp button too fast to see u run out of sign, seeing that the message saying ur item has succesuly been protected by sign use prob think u wer still using sign but really its just the delayed message and ampd WITHOUT sign. sign seems to have worked for all of eu mc side. Maybe u guys have a conection problem resulting in client/server lag showing you the green dot is safe but really its selected no sign. So one day one of my 3 friends tell me that he lose his weapon when he amplify with sign. I seems don't believe him and i said "maybe you made a mistake, u don't realise that your sign is finish and u got extra sphere". 3days after that incident happen, my expert friends also lose his weapon when he amplify with his, there is no where i can tell him that maybe he made a same mistake, because he expert on amplify, he amplify more than 300times. As for the sign being bugged im not sure in my case as it was a late night and i had been farming for hours i had thought i had put insurance on sign and thats why i asked support to see if i had or not, they basically told me to get f'ed *clap* *clap* thanks support, you bunch are always a help...Not But war there is alot of cases of this happening to people and Im not sure on exacts but it has happened to alot of players and unless you sit in trade chat 24/7 then you cant speak for wether it has been or not been happening to a faction on any server. I feel i have the right to because i have heard it alot. Also for just as a side note to clarify, me and all my friends quitting we arent all quitting due to signs, 3 of us have had issues with it the rest are just unhappy with how devs/support treat us or are unhappy with updates or are unhappy with how money hungry this game is becoming. It is no longer a f2p, playing f2p is like having a demo version, but thats a discussion for another topic. Anyway war hopefully ill have a complete list of players quitting in the next day or two and gilantz i hope they finally get back to you and fix your problem. It is worrying that so much experienced players claim to have problems. But I havent had any. So I can think of 3 theories if its not ai grinds fault. People amp to fast and dont realize signs are all gone. I always carry more signs then spheres in my bag before amping. Second I always use repiar vendor to repair before amping (maybe theirs a scroll bug?) and finally legit items. I buy my own mc items from miracle shop.
