Does saving chests till double drop week during events help?

Hey

I think this a question most of the warspear community has. Are the drops inside a chest fixed at the time we receive or buy it OR are they randomly decided at the time of opening?

To clarify my question:
If we save these till the last week of horror events, would opening these chests apply x2 drop chance to all the chests that we earned at the previous weeks too?
Or is it only applicable to the chests we get during that particular week? @Nolan @Higgings @LeeLoo@Jcbreff

Im pretty sure 2x drop rate only applies to chests you acquire during that week

 

I think chest drop rates are determined the moment you receive it and drop itself is decided the moment you click open

I tend to keep chests until the last week of event. Drop rate is counted on the drop itself and not on the kind of chests. This is the most logic thing in my opinion, but only an admin could reply with more accuracy.
