What skills should be maxed as a ranger for PvP and wich for PvE?

And wich effects they exactly have?

Strong shot 5, Double shot 5, and blind arrow 3.

ps=5

ss=3 (maybe 4)

rb=4 (maybe 3)

evasion=2 (have it 2 else u wont dodge much:))

trap=1 (wish  it could be 0)

How work trap at five skill points? Give u three traps and more trap time working true? At 1vs1 with melee (if u run) this mean victory and if u die traps still working lot time to help ur friend pvp.

 

But with trap at five who is the sacrifice? If u luck with blessing double damage and crit (not lot hard if full blessing) u can kill players with more lvl than u or better items in seconds.

I think ranger still better than rogue this update too, but more balanced than other updates when rangers without chainless can kill the best barbs only running.. Now barbs are taking revenge ;D

dodge: 1 - never trust this stat

rb: 3 - pretty good

bt: 4 - damn good

 

 

and make sure ur energy regen at 13-16 coz ranger skills a little bit expensive

trust me dodge is good skill ;D @5 is like 3k hp for ranger ;D  but if compared to rouge dodge its nothing....for rouge @5dodge is like 4k hp :bad:

now ss@1 good to get agro off me

earlier my dodge was 5 so my dodge+skill was 32%(dont remember correctly)

now dodge 3 so my dodge 28.9% or 29% ...depends on gear which i use sometime

without it is about 24 or 23.9..works fine for me

Is ps at lvl5 a good move ?  Does a ranger with a +7 to+10 bow need Ps at lvl5 ?

At lvl20---Ps-1, Rb-5, Ss-5, Bt- 5, Ev- 1 how good is this for pvp? or dodge at lvl5 and trap at 1 ? :)

Scattershot kinda sucks but does his work, that is pushing  away melee opponents, though its useless against ranged class, maybe at lvl 5 becomes good against them too.

Traps lvl 3 allows you to put 2 traps at the same time, that is good to camp in arena.

 

 

At lvl 5 trap should allow to put 3 traps at the same time, probably its a good choice too.

The way my ranger is set up

(I didnt mean to put trapto 2 finger sliped  :rofl: at lvl 16 or 18 cant remeber :rofl: but I can work with it, wen i get the chance ill change my dodge to 2)
