This is Bunk he was even in my signature at the time AND u didnt even give me a 2 week warning so why dont u count the 2 week ban as THE 6 MONTHS U TOOK IT FROM ME CUS I LOST THE INFO

bro all you need is send a support ticket. tell your problem them clearly. or write at top that

"To Snorlax" . he can care u if he is not drunk  ;D

 

Dude ive sent them like 6 thats why i finally resorted to forum its bunk is been gone since Jan and Devs just make up excuses or "No comment" -.-

i once forgot my password, and i just sent the support team every info i had on the account. the name of all chars it had, the levels of the chars, really anything i could think of regarding the account (was one HUGE ticket since i had 5 chars on same account and knew almost every detail of each)

 

 

in 2 days i got it back.

 

 

though there's nothing i can do.. u got my support
