There is some misunderstanding, they mean "players can attack enemy players in libraries" . Remember, we cant attack enemies in libraries at Cliff or Gasphel, that was bug and they fixed on last update. Just it, no official place for 1v1 or something like that.

I think crafting shields will be avaible at melee weapon category because now shields can be disassembly. And if you try disassemble a shield, you get melee crafting recources like chippings.

according to devs, yes Bosses in Labyrinth:- Character of any level can get a piece of equipment- Party level shouldn't be higher (than boss's level) to get catalysts, unity signs or minions.
