if it was 32 energy points originally then 1.5% wont make a difference because 32x0.925=29.6 which should round up to 30

I understand that they made everyone's gears level up to 32 to make it more fair but still people with full greatness should have an advantage

I would say that the reason why off hand magic damage hadn't been reduced before is that daggers, swords and ages don't have it and none of the classes that came before chieftain was able to dual wield maces

you are not wrong and in fact they mention chieftain being the reason they made this change

Skills wont deactivate because technically they wont be using energy anymore

They literally nerfed blades' power by making it actually consume energy instead of being a passive skill and incease attack strength by "only" 30% instead of 40%

meaning that offhand weapons will have 40% less physical damage and 30% less magic dmg

Its basically the same amount of energy you can use after the update as before it while using those skills
