Where can I find the following items?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I am currently upgrading my character, and I was wondering where I could get a(n):

Almighty medallion (Level 24, mdef/pene/energy/health).

Signet of the Bloody Flame (Translated from Russian, doesn't have an English translation on ws-db.ru. Level 24, bonuses are mdef/energy/health regen/accuracy).

Cloak/Cape of the Mechanical Age (Also doesn't have an English translation on ws-db.ru. Level 25, bonuses are def/atk speed/dodge/mregen for the Cape, parry instead of atk speed).

All are for a Bladedancer, thanks in advance.

I am not sure but i think you can get those from ayvondil dungeons and bosses, like 80k and 90-200k

cape/cloak can be dropped in technopolis dungeon

Almighty medallion is a craft amulet

i think for the ring the translation is "bloody fire signet" and i think it's a craft ring too.

So either way (Buying or grinding out Ayvondil so hard it's not even remotely fun anymore), it's gonna take a long time.
