Pirates of the strait quest possible bug

I know the rng for pirates treasure is low for this quest from when it got revamped along time ago when I first played but so far it's been close to a week and many hours playing and it still hasn't dropped, by now I technically should have gotten, is this normal for this or is this a bug , I'm on eu emerald character is wolfdragon

Have you figured this out yet? It´s most likely due to something else than a bug, but it´s possible it would be bugged ofc.

Thanks for response, I am returning player I've now seen 3 iterations for this quest and there is a response  from either a admin or dev in support under same name for anyone else having issues like me
