I have played warspear online on server EU Emerald for about 4.5 years, in game I am known as Firstborn (elf) lvl 20 Ranger Wolfsy and lvl 20 Mage Nachi. I have never scammed, sold, traded account. I am founder guild leader of Legends that's based on being trusty scammer free, good quality players. That any can secure to ask for help to transfer and so. Server is chaos and you do nothing about it. I already get support questions and often do game support questions. I have played 19 PC Mmorpgs and been in game, Game master in Cabal Online for example. When I work I take it seriously and do it right. I have applied to be in game master to help make server good and fun as it was before swamp. I am already a Volunteer GA (Game Advisor) without even choosing it. Where are the devs? Where is the game master? You earn much more on this game than any Monthly Paid mmorpg or Free mmorpgs like Cabal Online. The least you can do is have an active Game Master on Firstborn and Mountain Clan side. That stop the constant EULA Breaking that you don't do anything about and site spammers, hacker's, account seller / traders that constantly type in world and trade chat. That's not what we pay you for, you don't answer emails, you don't accept my/respond on my Volunteer help in Game Master as experienced mmorpg and game master player background. To make Warspear Online more enjoyable for all players, since swamp update account trading and scamming, get your account stolen website s. stolen/hacked. Increased by 85%. And and you don't even take care of the server/players in the game that makes you rich. (pays a very high salary.) It's the worst support and engagement to the game I ever seen in a mmorpg both by in game GM assistance, and support that don't even answer to some well written kind email. This is wrong the players deserve better in game Game Master assistance. I am tired of helping mailing and see new mmorpg players get account stolen, scammed, hacked. While you in support don't respond to e-mails and that Game Master don't look after servers as a game master should Wake up money ain't free, do some work! Go look at the chats for one day.. Scamming, hacking selling accounts breaking the so called EULA. . Server is 85% worse than before swamp. And support do nothing. I help players type to support many times a week. A friend got a response on a ticket he sent in 2 years ago. Everyone mmorpg need GM's that take action and a support, that reply. Getting millionaires and not be able to afford the resources to help those who pay them... Is very wrong. Say am wrong and you never seen the chats in trade or world. When you are a player GM or a Moderator you have to follow rules. And report to devs, support. And in game knowledge and experience is just a +. I do not need all the rasicm, porn, people who are bashing others for months (acutedick/hassnson for example), char-sellers, etc. Looking from the bussiness-view; i know people stopped playing after playing just a couple of days. The chats are your commercial, your image, "look, this is the game, this is how the people are in this game". Do you want a friendly or a violent one? I have to say; i had doubts too playing this game when i saw the public chats. Now i just ignore the public chats. It isn't for normal communication-use. So i say; moderate it. We can return any of lost accounts, but how can we prevent the will of account data sharing? No one even reads our EULA before starting the game.
