You can farm it even after you finished the quest by staying in the throne hall and killing Sandro when he revives, easy! xD The safest way is keep killing him and canceling the quest when finished or un-delivering, so if you died you can be able to enter again. The trophy will be: "Evil Sandro" costume. Good luck!

Making it heal after the target is killed isn't a big deal. I have np with the suggestion for just keep healing after the target dies.
