Vampirism makes normal dungeons trivial but other dungeons with special mechanics cant be completed fast with life steal slone, for example new castle dungeons since they require someone to kill mobs to heal npcs or then normal healer needs to heal

I mean i would like some new raid boss that would have some actual mechanics to consider Maybe not world of warcraft levels where one mistake can mean entire team or in this case guild gets wiped but maybe something that would require more than few minutes to kill and require actual strategy

Im not sure if you have "all" blue quests because you get them before completing easy dungeon quest

Then this is a no no becausw you could kill bosses without anyone being capable of stopping you by killing you Passive mode would have to be one that turns off all combat but also that you couldnt just turn in off instantly because for example in war you could just walk to flag in passive mode and disabling it and using unity

Some destructible objects have damage reduction buff and before summoned monsters bypassed that reduction and dealt "normal" amount of damage that was higher than intended -

when they were respawning it took like less than 1 min but currently it has been 28 minutes and no mobs have appeared at all

I think it might be a problem with those npcs dying and then maybe they dont respawn and so mobs wont respawn but @Holmesknows best
