    I think all classes should benefit in some way, with some getting more than others.

     

    Many of the mages and other non mage players I know think mages are rather weak.

    Personally I believe mage is good right now so I hope the changes don't affect my playstyle too much.

    I don't really like your idea on barrier though, low lvl players just shouldn't be wasting their gold on it if they were planning to leave it lvl1 anyway and the cooldown change would just hurt everyone...

     

    Your overload idea is a bit too wordy and I'd prefer making the skill a bit more unique if they were to change it again.

     

    My suggestion to make it more unique would be that, when you have the positive "Overload" buff (from casting 5 spells), each of your 5 basic skills would get a special interaction.

    Fireball would do 30/35/40/50% of the skills damage in an AoE (1 yard around target)

    Warp would cut its own cooldown by 60/70/80/90%.

    Stone shatter would get its range increased by 1. (3 to all cardinal directions, diamond shape)

    Chains would block skills for 50/60/70/80% of its duration.

    Sun Armor would create a Fire Shield like the one used by the Flaming Lion minion.

     

    Players could then choose whether they want to use the Overload buff to apply the DoT on the target or if they'd rather have one of these effects.

     

    You underestimate the usefulness of every second of Ennoblement, 10 seconds would be ridiculous, let me remind you that you can realistically get it to 15 second cooldown and the Magic Extension effect exists, which could boost its duration by 80%(!!!).

  5. They've already kinda fixed this problem in sea dungeons. Mobs hit insanely high and take little damage so normal damagers just die before they can lifesteal. Of course if the damagers have the proper gear and talents to combat those problems it would be unfair to make all their advances pointless.

     

    As it stands the developers really like speed to be a key factor in dungeons so trying to go for 5 damagers replacing tank and healer is the goal for everyone.

  6. It's just that the EULA wants to properly address this by limiting it to two to be able to ban cases where it matters. (Bots, abusers, trolls)

     

    A random player with no malicious intent having created 3 or more accounts is likely to not bring any issues. 

     

    (You still shouldn't as there's no realistic scenario where you'll need 3 or more)

    Your suggestion seems way too excessive, in that case the effect would need a fixed 1 min cooldown.

    As it is you could block any attack completely every 6 sec even if you leave the skill lvl 1 which actually is insane value...

    I suppose they meant for it to be more of a battlemage, which I actually like.

     

    Also they aren't actually tanky, it's lifesteal doing most of the job. Barrier alone won't save them for enough time.

  9. What we mean is that critical hits will just not happen to the DK at all.

     

    Decent tanks will never receive ANY critical hit, not in PvE and for sure not in PvP.

     

    But something similar to your idea could work if you just made it for any attack and added some restriction to it, like 

    "Whenever the DK takes damage higher than 10/8/6/4% of its current health, the excess amount is reduced by 60/65/70/80%. 50% of the reduced damage is taken over 8 seconds."

     

    Could also add the "reduced damage" behind the current health so it would be like 8591 (592) so the DK would always know how much.

    And you could also add something to steel hurricane, that you can use the stored damage as bonus damage (with a cap like lets say 1500) effectively avoiding the damage over time.

  10. Hello!

    I didn't have any special ideas so I just wanted to make a short video to talk about the amount of players that ask for help and need to wait for hours sometimes.

    Since the footage was easy to get (I already help people anyway so that is no issue) all I had to do was to properly talk, have a proper script and do some good editing.

    I'm not sure if I did any of them but it's good experience for the next time :) (The timing of the contest was a bit bad for me)

    He's right, it actually took me a few days to even come up with an idea while also recording footage of all possible ideas at the same time.

    And I'm still not 100% happy with the final idea.

     

    Either way I'll try to get it ready and at least decent for the 12th but it's tough :sadowl:

  12. In this video you can see the zone of weakness below the flag (sorry for not disabling guild names, war had just started)

    As a consequence of me walking through the zone of weakness you can clearly see my skills bugging out, something that never happened before.

     

    The zone should never cause these problems, either block my skills or don't.
