There should be restriction when choosing our expert skill.Something like a pattern of what you want your class become.To balance each class,the requirement to have access to each expert skill is different. For example:bds can't have both shield and counter skill together,Shaman must level up earth protection to lvl 3 to have access to lightning shield,Necro must have at least lvl 3 nightmare to access mental pit,druid's secret link can only be learned if root is below lvl 4.Well...I think you got the point. Basically depend on what basic skill you put your skill point on will detemine what expert skill you will got. A more detail example would be like this. I am a bd lvl 26.I have 15 skill points.To have access to expert skill I must spend 10 skill points.I want counter attack expert.The requirement would be flash strike on 5 and hamstring on 5.So I choose FS 5,hamstring 5 and I choose parry 3.Now I got access to expert so I put 3 skill point to max counter skill.I got 2 skill points left and I want other expert.I want shield.The requirement would be sap 5 and parry 5.I don't have enough skill point so I can't get shield.I choose other expert.So I choose "power of blade".The requirement are FS 5 and hamstring 5.I buy it and put 2 skill point into it.I want other expert and I choose sonic boom which need FS 4,parry 3 and mustn't have "power of blade" skill.Can't learn it so I choose rush which need hamstring 3 and parry 3.I learn it and left it at level 1. Well.. its just an example. That's all,if I make a mistake pls correct me and thank you.
  2. This might be a little weird but this is what I did back when I'm 17.The way I convince my parents to buy me a Gaming PC is I promise it won't disturb my school and play it for 2 hours everyday at max except Sunday.That's all I did.

  4. I personally doesn't like the idea(no offensive ).The reason is we don't want guild tournament turn to "who abuse the system most gonna win" right? I mean people can use robot or something to repeat the same thing and he/she doesn't even need to be there to obtain gp.There are reason why exp point are only obtainable through daily quest. Well,my idea is to make a special daily quest that give you fat GP(only GP but alot) by killing enemy faction.We got hunting enemy to get CC,so making this is more realistic and 1 time quest/per day will prevent people to abuse the system.So let say if your idea was to get 1 gp/per kill,we can make the quest give 100 gp by killing 10 enemy from each class.This is just example of course.

Fact #66 Rogue stealth is the skill which take the most tweak(nerf,nerf,nerf) Fact #67 When first introduce,you can actually see your class second and third class job in the skill tab.For example,rogue > thief > assassin. Fact #68 We used rank system (bronze,silver,maybe gold too) until 4500 exp cap then level system was introduce. Fact #69 After Norlant Swamp was introduce,there are alot of drastically drop on price of item which recently only obtainable through astral labyrinth bosses.The reason is those item are now obtainable through daily quest. Fact #70 Eventhough we can't talk to enemy faction,we used to able to trade each other. Fact #71 We used to able to buy health and mana potions on Nadir Sard. Fact #72 We used to able to buy purple lvl 9 items.Now they only drop from bosses.

    Keep your outdated gears and use them while doing daily quest = OK Sell them to shop for 800g = FAIL

So I would like to ask devs if they can make a summoning skills.I mean the expert skill that we got is mostly the same.Damage,heal,buff and debuff.What is missing is summoning skills.You know something like necro summon zombie for 15 secs that act somehow like minions. If its impossible,I would also love to know why

  12. Have you try leveling it?If you was talking bout level 1 skill then you should try to put some point in it. IMO they remove the push effect to balance druid.With so many stunning skill,I don't think it a big deal.They reduce the cooldown drastically anyways.

  14. Yeah LOL I just did some test.The funny fact is because it reduce both your magic and physical attack,it also reduce your enemy healing amount. Just try it on arena,if you cast mental pit and your enemy heal (In my case 4/4 mental pit),they will heal half or maybe less that they should be.For druid and shaman because they heal per secs,to make them heal less,you need to cast it before they use healing skill.If they use the skill first then you cast mental pit,it wont effect they healing amount.Pretty fun looking at lvl 24 druid healing 100+ Guess I will agree to call it a huge buff
  15. They change this skill. The duration is reduce to about 10 secs.But they increase the debuff to 80%.Well Idk I should call it a buff or a nerf.

  17. Oh well...might be a good one. Btw does the earth protection from shaman and barkskin from druid get a fixed %(lvl 1 increase 8% ,lvl 2 increase 16%,lvl 3 increase 24% etc) or does it vary and depend on armor value of the target?

I have just bought this skill and try it on my ranger.I lvl it up to 4/4 and like many of you already know it reduce the damage of the target at around 40%(if not exactly) and it last for 13-14 secs.What interest me most is the other effect of this skill.Yes prolong the skill cooldown.When I read the skill description,I imagine like adding 3-6 secs to the cooldown.But when I cast it on my ranger and I look at my ranger skill cooldown,it add for 10x longer for the cooldown which basically makes your enemy cooldown bar somehow stop moving/counting(because it sometime takes hundred of seconds). But don't be fooled.Basically that hundred of seconds are just illusion,it doesn't last for entire fight.Mental pit can prolong enemy cooldown for max 13 secs.That only if you use it right after your enemy casting his skill.So basically this skill is reducing your enemy attack and stoping your enemy skill cooldown for as long as the skill in effect.Very good skill indeed.

Can anyone from developer consider paladin Harad banner skill?I mean 5 palas putting 5 banner,dealing 300+ damage and everyone dead.The damage itself already huge and there is also a debuff that reduce your def which mean increase its damage? :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm: Now paladin are consider the strongest class.They can heal as high as healer class,can tank,and now they can deal highest dps with their skill. I guess I will retired again as the fact there is nothing interesting in warspear anymore.Hope there is something good coming up next update

    Wrong typo?

    Fire totem skill description say single targets (with s) so I was wondering it deal damage to everyone inside radius or just 1 enemy inside radius?
  21. Hello fellow necro, I need your help and as the title say,I would like to know how strong your bone shield now. Except they changed the mechanism since I left for a few months,bone shield shoud break at the some amount of damage it have taken and the amount remain the same for geared and naked necro.When last time bone shield depends on your astral point,now I believe it depends on you magic damage (correction is welcome). Here the steps : 1.Go naked 2.Chose 1 mob and let it attack you.Write down the damage. 3.Use your best gear 4.Use bone shield and count how many time the 0 damage show up and also the damage on the hit that break your shield. 5.Post here your magic damage,the mob you choose,the mob damage on naked char,how many hit it take to break your shield and also the damage on the last hit that break your shield. Using this we could find the formula which will be usefull for everyone.Thanks :drinks:
  22. Lets compare priest and necro healing skill at lvl 1 and 2.Below are the pictures. Necro has a great advantage healing skill at low level because they have the lowest mana cost and their hp reducing doesnt take much.But as they leveling,they healing skill somehow not as good as they was because when they leveling they increase their max HP which lead to reducing the healing. Unlike necro,priest doesnt heal that great at low level because they still have mana issue.But as they leveling,they can inserting mana regen or mana point gem to take care of that issue. So the point is unlike other healer char,because of the hp reducing necro healing skill actually getting worse.To prove this,I would anyone who dont believe to try leveling a necro and a priest.Do anything like usual but keep their healing skill at lvl 1.You will see that as priest lvl up,their higher mana usage is no longer an issue when they insert gem to their gear but necro Hp usage will always be an issue.
