This pack is my favourite when farming these because two termites will evade when standing in the left side of the fire. Third screenshot: The cocoon you're looking for is that white cocoon-looking cocoon. Of course if you feel strong you don't need to use the run'n'evade tactic.

You can get those items by opening the cocoons you had collected. If you don't get the required amount of them, collect more cocoons and open them. You can also buy some Menoko's vessels from the Miracle Shop and open them.
