Dodge is awesome in Rogues, since the case here is about lvl14s, it's better than resi or stun, since there are less skills, and crit is limited I guess. I wonder how high could a Rogue's dodge go.

If base, then skills should be affected, and you'd see it on when you inspect a BD. But it's for normal attacks.

I would consider it as useful in PvE/Dung, if it triggers Rage.. but you know, that little damage is no cool, and it takes up good stats, speaking for tanks.

Idk why should it be removed, it's damage, and those skills absorb the next damage received. Well, for Barbs at least, because for Rogues, it's supposed to be the next normal attack or DoT. I suppose retribution damage isn't considered as normal damage nor it is a DoT. But annoying, yes.

I agree that the arena system sucks, it's just a reward for who has more money and time, nothing related to how skilled one is in arena teamplay. But changing it to something like that you suggested would make devs lose the $$ profit they were earning... so I doubt changing it.
