The damage increase, the %s, all that stuff. Because it's quite unclear how powerful the skill is at every rank and we get to know some of this stuff only when some of them are tweaked and mentioned in announcements, like the latest one. There is a 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% that it will stun the target for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds while debuffing the target with 10/20/30/40/50 magical damage + 8/10/15/20/25% of your current magic damage for the next 5/6/7/8/10 seconds.
