Arena points (currencies) reset with update?

Sorry to bring this up again, but i have 9k arena points as currency and i wanted to gather 13k to buy lvl 19 arena weapon but i've heard that new arena weapons are coming due to which arena points (CURRENCY) will also get reset. Is that true?

no it wont reset only 1time it reseted and it was because we had unlimited ap i think so o.o yup

Only ranking will reset I think.. it wont have effect on currencies
