I heard a lot about where these gears come from and I have tried all but never found a ring or amulet so the question is do they come from mcoin chests like last year or somewhere else?

I think its "Snow-elfs Casket"that you can get from blue daily quest in snow-boundaries.Not 100% sure

Last year it was coming from "Snow elves' chest" & the same as this time & you can get all other kind of rings & amulets like favony's etc from it.

i think there are no 15lvl this year cause the quest is only for 3-12lvls. Last year any lvl could do it.
