Suggestion: Adding Mounts for Faster Movement in Warspear Online
Paineater replied to Moshi's topic in Suggestions
I'm thinking about making a topic about freezing Potions, Scrolls, and Minions' time/lifespan when we log off. It's extremely unfair and worries me that no one thinks to bring this up to the devs. -
Good day everyone, if any of you know the best class for soloing PvE content, I'd appreciate your knowledgeable inputs.
-
I know I've brought this up in my own post but when it comes to progression currently in the US server it's not easy due to the low variations of low-level gear pass level 14, they need to add to the game so we can purchase them via in-game NPCs. I have to agree with @thrunya a little, the game will have some grind to it because it's free to play but currently the game isn't as grindy as it was before 2018, back then I called it pay2win. Today I'm glad the devs respected my time by making it not take forever to progress. I hope you'll find a helping guild and ppl who'd help you if u feel stuck. I could help you through Map 2 if you're on US server and a fellow Legion.

I don't understand this right here. I believe the devs can fix this when they make npcs sell Lv12 to 34 equipments for Map 2 and beyond. This can be good and cheap alternative for newbies so they don't struggle when they go higher in levels or dealing with an over inflated market currently on US Legion side.

I'm surprised that the highest common armory and weapons we can get from NPC vendors are Level 12, like why did they stop at Lv12? The highest level on Map 2 is Lv20. Why not have common Lv14, 16, 18, and 20 armory and weapons via NPC vendors? Instead, they place them in Crafting and don't get me started on the crafters who have lost touch with lower-level players because they're high off the max level cap sniffing their own fumes, telling players below them to buy horror helm, chestplate, gloves, and boots that cost 9K PER PIECE. The population isn't as big as it once was which is causing prices on items in the market to be very high and not being able to have a complete set of dungeon armory. Unfortunately, the devs aren't making it easier for new/newbie players to progress through the game without these problems and people need to talk about it. I remembered the update for all the beginner maps where they add common Weaponry and Armory (Level 3 to 11), cutting the mobs, mini bosses, and bosses' hp by half, Will map 2 (and if possible Ayvondil) get that treatment? If you want new players to catch up to your latest content why not optimize the other Maps the same way like all the 4 Map 1s? Most of the crafters are busy crafting event items so they won't have enough space to deal with your orders or they'll tell you to buy expensive items instead when my goal was to grind with inexpensive gear until I can afford the dungeon ones, it boggles my mind that they couldn't see that, well I guess that happens when you use your credit cards way too much to sprint through the game. Devs. We really need this update especially for the Legion side on the US server, or population is low, the in-game market is inflated and these problems are going to dismay newcomers from joining the Legion but instead settle for the Sentinels with a big population.

Tank or Healer? Elves Say "Both"
Paineater replied to Sleep-SA's topic in Discussions and Suggestions
Indeed, this class can be some much more with more improvements on the skills and increase the pros of having full set of heavy armory to operate as a mini tank with mace and shield, the dogs being their trump card due to their ability to command them, improve the raven's and his own healing for his survivability when playing a little tank role too. This class has potential to be truly special as support tank type of class. -

I just hope they'll increase Charmers' healing a little more, and give them a shield skill too. That could make them our little paladin but on the dark side. They really need to sort out the Magical Charmer, they have great potential with a little more healing output boost, by increasing the on going healing a bit more. #Savethemagicalcharmers. -
I mean why would they admit to something if it benefits them? 🤷🏾 Currently this is their heaven, they don't want that to go away...

It's level 13 for beginner islands

A Magical Damage Dealer class for the Mountain Clans Race. The faithkeepers call upon/communicate with the elements of their environment to cause massive damage and wreak havoc on the battlefield against multiple foes, turning the tide of a battle for their allies. Equipments 1) Weapon: Staff 2) Amor type: Cloth Armor 3) Role: Damage Dealer 4) Faction: Legion 5) Race: Mountain Clans Skills 1) Boulder (Offensive Skill): Levitates a boulder off the ground and tosses it at a target. When it hits the target, it shatters on impact dealing minor damage to nearby enemies within a 1-yard radius. 2) Quicksand ( AOE Controlling Skill): Cast sand in a selected area, causing targets to be immobilized if they walk in it or if it is cast upon them for some time. 3) Lightning Explosion (AOE Offensive Skill): Causes lightning to spread to targets that are within a 2-yard radius of the caster, Predicalically damaging them while stealing a small amount of their energy. 4) Wind Armor (Offensive Temporary Shield): Surrounded the caster or an ally with a full-body wind armor with a health rating comparable to the caster's magic power for some time, if destroyed it has a chance to do magical damage to the attacker, stunning it for a short time. 5) Mighty Breeze (Control Skill): Cast a strong breeze from their palm, which pushes targets away from the caster, stunning them for some time. This won't be my last class suggestion, I have a melee damage dealer class coming up soon. See you all there soon.

What Kind of Monsters Have You Created, Developers?
Paineater replied to Mrtomato's topic in Suggestions
I've came back to the game only to find out not much has changed, the Sentinels can stomp out the Legion (1 elf vs Multi Legions) I've seen it multiple times this week with the paladins "Gladiator" and "Veteran" raiding the Legions' horror circus town. Our population is slightly dipping more, the Rogue class is currently the black sheep of the Legion while the Seeker is on top of the world. So far on the forums, I've seen the Legion players voice their complaints and worries about some of our classes (Most of the time I see Sentinels players downplaying the situation), I've seen these for almost a year or 2 now. I'd really like to know if the devs are listening? Because they really need to look into the Legion side of things cause I want to play with people and not have to throw thousands of dollars on 1 character to enjoy the event dungeons Solo style, I want to see a thriving population in the Legion world once again. -
[2023.12.13] Update Warspear Online 12.2. Announcement. Part I
Paineater replied to LeeLoo's topic in News & Announcements
Way ahead of you lady, based on the feedback it's mixed but with slight doomer vibes, and based on that nothing is going to change so hell yeah I'm hitting the road, I believe the devs should focus on the population problems after this update, this update is for the rich folks because you don't see low levels complaining, why? Oh wait because the arena scene below Level 20 is DEAD because of the LOW POPULATION. Unbalanced classes/skills = Population Shift. I'm looking forward to greener pastures. -
The video isn't showing.
-
Thank you that means a lot sweetie. Offensive stats? Yes, Defensive stats? No.
-
Wait What? I thought it was some sort of support class.
-
Just waiting on the rebalance update so I can make my final decision because I live in North America, I only speak English, the US server legion population is low and I'm not interested in switching servers.
-
Are you referring to bms with expert skills or no expert skills?
-
What if I told you that the summons are easy to dismantle? (By the amped rich folks of course).
-
They both share the same stats like HP and defense, because of this it's like a playable character being controlled by an NPC, the beast does more damage than the Bm, and it can do aoe damage depending on how much auto attack it does.

A way to balance seeker class
Paineater replied to SaltyCoffe's topic in Discussions and Suggestions
I don't know about that one chief, the seeker (in its current state) is capable of dismantling tanks, imagine the other damage dealers being able to do the same, if that happens then the devs will have to increase the health points of the tanks very high to be able to play their role as a tank. -

Examples of how abusable chieftain is
Paineater replied to vavavi's topic in Discussions and Suggestions
I hope the changes don't affect the F2P population in a negative way, but I somewhat doubt it a little bit, it's some of the skills that need fixing, not the class as a whole. -
I too want the best for both sides as a legion myself, having one side with juiced-up classes creates major problems, which is why balance for both is the only and best solution for everyone's in-game experiences.

Examples of how abusable chieftain is
Paineater replied to vavavi's topic in Discussions and Suggestions
Dude no, I do not want such a thing for chieftains or any other damage dealer class, that's not fair for a damage dealer to be tanky like a tank, but I believe that damage dealers who can equip heavy gears should be able to go toe to toe with tanks (aka Reapers and Bladedancers) but shouldn't have health on par with them, which would help bridge the gap between the both, but I could be talking nonsense right here. Feel free to call me out on that if you want. The first quote is about me (being a death knight) who is amped to +2 or isn't in a high-level guild at the moment with guild buffs and a ton of event buffs like you rich folks in Map 5 giving the benefit of the doubt that tanks who are well equipped with the very best gear sets are as killable like that chieftain that had a guild laying a beat down on him.
