Mission!: Scrimmage in “dead man’s Grin” QUEST

Good night, is it a game error or for what reason I can't enter the Pvp tavern, I already have the mission selected and as you can see in the photo I give it to enter the door and it won't let me enter, try to enter with my other accounts and yes I can but with this one it doesn't allow!

I don't have the mission completed, I just entered the event!

 

In these photos you can see that there is an X on the door and it does not let me enter the tavern!

Thanks for not helping or seeing what's up with this!

With another account I can enter but with this character I can't and the same thing happens to other people!

the same thing happens to me, this is very frustrating, the tavern is one of the biggest attractions of the event. I noticed that on my lv6 10-14-16 characters, I can't log in. but on my lv20 30 and 32 yes. is this really a bug? or a disregard for low level players? please fix this
