im getting very low fps

guys i need help here, since im use my new smartphone to play this game sometimes fps drop to 1-5 from 30 fps, please help me solve this problem

What phone model are you using?

Does it happens at any time or just during massive battles?

Have you tried closing all the apps that are running on the background?

my phone is poco x3 , just bought 2 days ago and i can play other game well and idk why now my account banned for 2 weeks lol

For this you can try setting the in-game volume to zero.

This is a normal troubleshoot for most of the games. Consider checking if there's any system update available for your phone

Im using new phone called Poco X3 and the game is like working on low fps like lagging, when i put sound Volume to zero from settings in game the game work normally, please fix that issue if possible.

You might try to start your game session with all other applications closed and RAM cleared. Also, as suggested, turn off all in-game sounds.

Poco X3 is a new phone but is a low-end midranger. It might not be able to manage many apps at once, starting clean might help a little bit.

Poco X3 is a strong Device even tho it's in the Midrange section, I spoke aith the Devs and they are aware of the issue, it's related to Warspear not the phone, Cuz Warspear can work on potato phone normally while 6GB ram device having issue? Btw i know the solution for now, Go to settings in game and put sounds volume to zero and the game will work normally.
