You have to see how melees got op with cd. And if that +10 you are talking about can't beat +5s then it is his fault probably.
Let me give you some examples about how op a melee with cd can be.. a dk with high cd can give you 100% cycled stuns if played well, bd less hamstring cd
pala faster heals and stuns, rogue and rangers aggressively fast in attacks no heals can stop them.
What are you talking about dude...
