The boss is located on Irselnort, therefore it's just fine for now, lvl18 arena most certainly has use for the weapon drops, or lower levels in general. Ayvondil is where you should be heading to Sudden Doom, Night Prince, and Endless War stuff might have it's sale prices dropped down, which is why you think it's "shit". If the boss changes for something stronger for high lvls during an event only, I have nothing aganist it, but otherwise it should stay like this.
