Unless it's a bot, there's no Rule which punishes a player for stealing a boss. I fear that little can be done about that, especially on the forum.

Unfortunately we can't do anything about that... He isn't breaking any rules.

this is a classic problem, devs should rework to remove reward from all quest miniboss and make special solo dungeon like at map 1, move the reward to those solo dungeon.

It is impossible as spiders are on the elf side (in this particular case), and all players here (including Legion) are friendly to each other.
