Because they need to acquire datas for a set period of time, before which making any kind of balance would possibly result in a bad interpretation of them.
I would love seeing a class update every 6 months (for example). But I'm also aware that should this update exist, it would be more imprecise.
Not to count the tremendous ammount of work you need to balance every single class and every single skill.

If you consider that you are not supposed to go on the first line, all you need to amp on a Magic Character (Caster, to be precise) is its staff. That's kinda mandatory. For the rest, you can wait.

You can't run third party softwares (eg Virtual Computer) to run multiple copies of Warspear Online on the same device. If your Notebook and Smartphone can each have Warspear Downloaded, only in that case (and similar) you're allowed to play with two accounts simultaneously.

The idea is already well known to devs. Problem remains that these are ultra rare books we are speaking of, and it is inconvenient for devs to let said items to be sold/exchanged as soon as one gets tired of the class they are being used in. Even if you add the possibility to use Coins to unbind them, the cost would still be lower than the ammount of time/resources a player might need to obtain them in a dg.

Ouch... I'm afraid that you have lost your item permanently by disassembling it. I'm sorry to read that, my friend, but normally thr policy doesn't refund items/gold lost during a game session. Especially if they have been disassembled.

And I really like the idea, for this is something the game has to do at a certain point. It's not an easy game, everybody knows it already, but alternatives to obtaining such items should exist. This one you describe looks like a fair compromise.

Some people might be there before you and kill the boss, this is why you're often finding him dead. You might have to wait until you get the chance to catch him alive or ask somebody who's killling him already to let you join his party.
