Судя по комментариям под постом, если б пропустили 1-2 ивента, при этом разобравшись с "костылями" и пересмотром всех классов( ребаланс, в последнее время, делается по принципу "итак сойдёт"), разработчиков носили б на руках.

I understand your point and I just want to clarify a few things. I used AI only because my English isn’t perfect, and I wanted to explain my situation clearly — not to spam or cause trouble. Unfortunately, the support team hasn’t been helping me at all. They keep changing their explanations about my ban — first saying it was a Google Play chargeback, later claiming it was a Steam chargeback, and each time the “debt” amount is different. No one else has ever bought Miracle Coins for me. The only possible explanation I can think of is that my email account was hacked years ago — I lost access to that mailbox long before the ban (around 2017–2018). At the time, I never thought this hacking incident could be related to Warspear at all — one thing is losing access to an email, but another is believing that the person who hacked me might have also played the same game and made these supposed chargebacks. Even if something like that happened without my knowledge, why should I, as a legitimate player — who made and proved 14 successful payments and never issued any chargebacks — have to suffer for it? I paid real money from my own bank account honestly and received no refund. Yet now I’m being punished for something that wasn’t even done by me. If any chargeback is truly linked to my account, it must have been caused by an unauthorized person who accessed my email at that time — not me. Despite all this, the support team hasn’t provided me with even a single chargeback number or any information about which platform this supposed chargeback was made on. If I had those details, I could verify everything myself with the payment operator or with Google/Steam and resolve the issue quickly — but unfortunately, it seems that support doesn’t want to help me, and I feel completely ignored.

There are a few possibilities that could have caused this, assuming you're not lying. If you shared/bought said account, had someone else buy coins for you or you bought coins for someone else and then that person does a chargeback, your account can get hit with the ban aswell. The devs are more or less forced to have some sort of linking system in place to avoid people abusing chargebacks on alternate accounts. If anything like that has occured, or something that sounds similar, that's probably the reason why. The best course of action would be to be fully transparent about such things with support. That will give you the best chance to get the problem solved. Also writing an AI post in forum won't get you anywhere. Only ones who can help you with such issues are the people in the support team, not anyone in the forums. Usually these kind of posts get locked for that exact reason.
