Hello everyone, I’d like to share my story with AIGRIND / Warspear Online, because this issue has been going on for years and the responses from support have been inconsistent and without any clear evidence. 🔹 What happened Several years ago, my Warspear Online account was permanently blocked due to an alleged “chargeback.” Since then, I’ve contacted support many times, trying to resolve the situation. The main problem is that AIGRIND keeps changing its explanation: At first, they claimed the ban was due to a Google Play chargeback, Later, they said it was caused by a Steam chargeback, And even the alleged “debt” amount kept changing — once it was 53,600 Miracle Coins, then 165,000, and later back to 53,600 again. 🔹 What I know for sure I have never made any purchases through Steam. All my Warspear transactions were completed exclusively through Google Play, legally and successfully. Google Play Support officially confirmed that no chargeback or refund ever took place, and that all funds were transferred to AIGRIND’s payment partner (Titulum). Despite that, AIGRIND’s support has never provided any verifiable proof – no chargeback ID, no document from a payment operator, and no transaction logs linking the alleged payment to my account. In one of their replies, they even suggested that my account “might be linked to other accounts,” which is completely false. I have never sold, traded, or shared my account – it has always been used only by me. 🔹 What I did I sent AIGRIND the full list of my Google Play transactions related to Miracle Coins. I contacted Google Play Support, who confirmed again that no chargebacks were issued and that all payments were completed successfully. I asked AIGRIND to provide actual evidence (payment logs, chargeback IDs, or any documentation), but instead, I received only generic, contradictory responses. 🔹 Evidence In this post, I’m including screenshots of my email correspondence with AIGRIND support, with all personal information and email addresses blurred for privacy. The screenshots clearly show how their explanations changed over time — at one point they blamed Google Play, then Steam, and the claimed “debt” amount kept changing. 🔹 Why I’m posting this This is not meant as an attack — I’m sharing this because something is clearly wrong with how these bans and “chargeback” cases are being handled. It looks like other players have faced similar problems too — I’ve seen several threads and Steam reviews describing the same situation: bans for unexplained reasons, conflicting replies, and no real proof from the support team. I’m hoping that by sharing my experience, it might help raise awareness and encourage AIGRIND to review these cases properly and provide transparent, verifiable evidence when they accuse players of violations. 🔹 My request If anyone else has experienced a similar issue — for example, a wrongful ban for a supposed chargeback or inconsistent responses from AIGRIND — please share your story here. Даже на форуме нет таких же оценок, какие были в прошлых годах. Естественно.  @Shimarin Для игроков плох этот анонс и балаган или же он хорош? Правильный ответ: он такой же. Да, он именно такой же. Не хорош или не плох. Он просто одинаков. Просто "такой же". Плох или хорош может сказать только новых игрок, коих я не вижу нигде уже давно. А старые это уже видели не один раз. 

@Shimarin, стоит ли рассчитывать на крафтовые кольца/браслеты/амулеты с башем?  Пасиба
