I couldn't find a list of these so could you guys name the dungeons in the game and say the preferred level range?

Are you kidding? There is dungeons . You just don't notice due to the game being free roam  :unknw: . Everything is pretty much designed to blend together.

There is two dungeons under the foot of the mountain.

Yes, Astral lab is one.

Most caves are generally a mini dungeon ( can be argued ).

  Those aren't the types of dungeons they are talking of, here dungeons = caves with bosses

but what they meant was like a dungeon more like the ones at WoW and other games similar
