Rework on the "calling" skill

"Called" or "wolf of darkness," "shadowy dog," "king of the night"

Summons a wolf that aids and protects the charmer in battle for 26s. The ability deals physical or magical damage equal to 90% of the character's predominant damage. With each re-summon, the wolf becomes stronger, capable of reaching 3 levels, significantly boosting its attributes. Each re-summon extends its lifespan by 26s.

The wolf now inherits the vampirism parameter increased by 1.8 times that of the charmer.

Talent: Tormented Minion - Upon reaching its maximum level, it can be summoned again at its maximum level, available only once per death.

"Terrifying Horde" branch altered

"Invasion Pack" now adds one additional level to the wolf.

"The Strength of the Pack" - each level of the skill also increases the charmer's stats.

In theory the idea is interesting, but if this were done, what would be the point of using a charmer with physical damage? The entire skill kit of the class could be used at full power just by doing magic damage and using a staff.

What if as a physique the charmer had more space as a tank? Currently it is strictly for damage and is not capable of sustaining masses of damage against itself or providing the necessary support for the group. How to solve this without leaving the class completely unbalanced or dead? I have no idea. :uhuh:

For a tank, a magic mace would be much stronger, due to the high healing and magic damage it would have.
With these changes there is no reason for it to be physical, perhaps if the magical damage ratio of the call was much lower than the physical damage, it would be viable.

maybe return to the old 75% magical and 90% physical? However, we cannot forget the skill levels, making the wolf stronger. and also the branch making the charmer also grow stronger, it wouldn't be so bad to be a magician since in the charmer's image he uses a staff Another point is that the wolf starts to inherit the increased vampirism parameter making the ability "resistant"

I'm waiting for the passive stone. :pfftch1:

There is a clear difference between a staff and a mace, 1. maces: amplification and physical damage greater than magic, in addition to life and more defense, not that defense would be useful. 2. staff would be strictly pvp or solo pve for their healing and ability to adapt to situations. in a non-pvp group game, physical damage is more convenient and cheaper for the charmer. :monocle1:

Although the blessing only works as a staff, leaving both balanced with just a difference in price? :wow1:

  the mace is a means and the staff is an end with perhaps the charmer becoming what the best master is not a good idea.

:not_okay:

However, we charmers do not want to become druids who attack from infinite roots, but rather something competent capable of helping allies.

the main difference between a mace and a staff today is damage.
mace = damage
staff = support

There would be no advantage in using a mace if wolves were usable in building a staff, which still has large amounts of healing, ease of use of control skills, support power, among other advantages.

it would not be sinful to follow the strongest mount.

It just wouldn't be cool if only the staff were strong and the mace became obsolete.

I think there are many ways to improve charm that are not necessarily these.

All of this just for a change in a single change in a single skill. :sk21_d6:

for an apple charmer there is only one skill, with some improvements in others.
changing this ability so that it was usable at full power with a staff would make the use of maces obsolete.

Being a charmer is difficult.
