The idea of this "Rebalance" is to make castle pot a little more reliable on shield caster characters. Spoiler ° Increases effectiveness of healing from skills that restore health by a specified porcentage. ° Increases effectiveness of healing from skills that restore health and effectiveness of shileds by a specified porcentage.
