How can I get my old account back?

Ok, about two years ago a made an account. I played for about a month but I lost my phone along with my account and I also didn't set a password on it. I heard that the GM can somehow get your account back if you give them info on it (char names, gear, skill, gold, etc.) But the problem is, as its been two years, I don't remember to much but maybe the stuff I do remember will be enough. So can someone direct me to a place I can go or could a GM reply or private message me? Thanks

Your chances of getting it back are slim to be honest, but worth a try.

 

 

I Formatted my PC a while ago due to a system error and lost my account ID before i could write it down. I Sent them all the details, character name, lvl, gear even the account password. But said it was not enough information, so i lost my characters on that account along with all the cash i spent amping the character ect.

 

 

If you ever create an account, always set your own password and write down your ID & pass for safekeeping.. Somewhere where you can refer to it in the future even if you decide to leave then come back to the game.

Give it a try.. you never know. Just keep in mind that it may take a while for them to respond & be sure that their response doesn't get placed into the spam folder.
