It will most likely be 2-3 levels at a time for like 4-5 diffrent updates. Keep in mind we need more skills to go with 10 new levels, those usually takes time to develop, though im sure devs have skill concepts already. Only more laborate skills/skill trees will bring a balance to some of the OP skills and classes right now. Atleast this is my opinion.
