This game might be fun to you, but it is their job, and you gotta understand they are not your servants waiting for your orders. As Kathi said, they have holidays. Snorlax already answered your thread, saying you could also contact MOL support or whatever. Grow up some hairs before calling someone arrogant. Someone that is older and more experienced than you. Besides that, I understand we are talking about real money, but if you spent it in a game, it means you didnt need it to feed yourself or whatever.
