There is passive skills in game too which don't need mana consumption or need to press hit buttons.Check skill list. Shaman earthquake area is too small now it miss all the time.sometimes because of screen bug.

I remembered I got Light smock in my first maraksha quest with my Druid name Mysticue ( now i deleted) in Emerald server long before.Some Guy name ashwins was tank only two of us.my heal was around 110.It was my first drop in game.I was so happy.It was worthy at that time.still now it's good for level 14 pvp.

It drops level 13 armours ( like Light smock),boots,belts( light sash). Some people post drop chart with respective boss in forum.Hit the search button.I think you will get more info.
