Comments: 1) I suggest that this attribute works only for skills of which we can not escape us with the attribute "evasion". It would be very bad to see our "powerful blows" being avoided by "evasion" and "magical deviation" together. 2) dungeons and land Bosses definitely can not have this attribute! This would cause a huge chance of failure in our (slow and full of used skills) mission to kill them! 3) On which equip the rune: I certainly could not think in the best place to by the rune, then we lack some essays on.
