  1. Looks like I'll need switch to Full KW set and Doom bow and throw away my Full arena set and arena xbow :D for max DPS ... Cause I believe that the new gears(purple) will be so expensive and very hard to get(just like dreaming of getting doom bow from swamps ) hehe...

LOL... Paladins and Barbs have same damage when they use 2H Axe... And I believe that 2H sword and 2H Hammer have the same stats... And Barbs have the advantage when they both wear same gears of equal amp... 1st is beacuse of the HP bonus from MC faction... Paladins have MP :D ... 2nd is the skills... When a paladin uses 2H weapon, the skills Aura and Heal becomes useless since it depends on astral stat... So a paladin would be fighting a barb with only 2 skills(purify and FOJ) useful while a Barb have 3 skills (Roar, chop and 1st atk skill) since charge is useless against melee fights... :) In my conclusion.. 2H Barb(hp & 3 pvp skills) > 2H Pala(mp & foj purify combo)... (same gears and amp)
  3. Finally... Just wanted to say thanks alot to Pummy and this post... I've always wondered why players wants to use 2 parts of a set and mix it with a pair of another set (half DD and half BG/ half GT and half RF)... I never thought that using 2 parts of a set will give you the 1st bonus... Hehe... Thanks again :)
  4. A bump on a thread 11months after the last reply... %)
  5. Yeah.. +8 Longbow but with the price of +9 Longbow... Nyahahahaha
  6. I don't know if it is a "New Feature" or just a "New Bug"... It is about Killing/Fighting in Neutral Areas such as E.G. Nadir Town, Swamps Town and Kotaravva... Who can do it? Only some classes can do this trick... Classes who can do "Single Target DOT" such as Druid Bees, BD Hamstring, Paladin FOK-Purify Combo, Barbie Chop, Warlock Lifesteal and ETC... How it works? Simple... Just use those skills on an enemy faction before they enter Neutral Areas... Then immediately enter Town while they are still on the DOT buff... (Once they enter town and you entered, and they received DOT dmg inside, you can freely attack them ).. But you(the target who got DOT skill) can never attack him back... How to have battles inside town using this trick? You and your partner should be a class that uses DOT skill... Outside the neutral area, just use your DOT skill against the partner and then the other also uses their DOT skill on you... Then immediately enter town while the DOT skill is still on effect... Then both of you can battle inside neutral spots... Hope it helps/gets corrected(FIXED)... Just a concerned WS player who encountered this...
  7. Ok thanks a lot sir bloody... Gonna make a DK when the right time comes...
  8. Lols.. I have read his comments... Correct me if I am wrong... I think the "Paladin Shield Buff" that he is referring to is the "Aura"... It just made me LOL... He said that the buff surrounds the paladin like a shield when activated... And his attack dropped to 80... I think he didn't know what paladin skills are... And he has mistaken the Debuff Effect(reduce dmg) of FOJ and concluded it as the effect of aura(shield buff he was referring to)... :D Try to look at his 3rd reply... The one on the parenthesis( )..
  9. Just wanted to clear things :D If I am a DK with 5k Physical Def(DD set full crit def enchant with HE shield) and I battled a level 10 mage with 100 atk... So it is possible to completely reduce the dmg dealt by the mage to 0 when my DS activates... :)
  10. So does that mean that... Dark Shield won't really affect the damage dealt by magic users? So in my own scenario... A mage having 400sun attack will always hit me at 400normal attack damage if I have 0 sun resist and Dark Shield is useless against magic users??? How bad :(
  11. Ok thanks... How about in this situation... Just an example only... I am using a Full Killing Whisper Set and Doom Spadone... I have 0 Resilience, 0 Sun Resist, 3500 Defence and has level 5 Dark Shield... Then I am about to PVP a Mage with 400Sun attack... Does the effect(DMG Reduction) of Dark Shield on Physical Attacks(with 3500 DEF) works the same with Magical Attacks(with 0 Magic DEF) or will I have to Use Sun Runes on me equips to have higher reduction? To simplify... It is said that the DMG reduction of Dark Shield is based on your defensive stats... So the higher Physical Defence the Greater the Physical DMG Reduction... What about Magical Reduction? How many percent will Level 5 Dark Shield with 0Magic Resistance reduce on a 100 Magic Attack? And if I have 500Sun resistance, 700Moon Resistance and 1,000 Dark Resistance... Will it also affect the Effect of Dark Shield?
  12. Hi.. I'm trading my level 13 +8 Cloistered Pollaxe for your +8 Longbow or +7 Runic Arbalest... You can PM me in game for those who are interested... My IGN: Osmium level 14 ranger Janeson level 14 Paladin
  13. hi... does the skill "Dark Shield" also reduces the damage dealt by magic attacks? Or only physical attacks?
